fte-console software package provides Text editor for programmers - console edition, no I18N support, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fte-console
fte-console is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fte-console package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fte-console *
You will get with fte-console package name, version, architecture and description in a table
